Chronological Bible Core Course
Leave behind your preconceived ideas of the scripture, and allow God to speak the true content of His word! This three-month course offers a unique opportunity to dive into God’s Word chronologically. Learn a creative and diverse method of reading, interpreting, applying and proclaiming the Scriptures and how to view the Bible in its historical and cultural context. Ready to gain a passion for His word? Then this is for you!
What to Expect
This course gives students a good understanding of the inductive approach of Bible study, equipping them with tools for life. We model and motivate students to incorporate the scriptures into other facets of their life such as evangelism worship and intercession. The goal of this course is to see the way God revealed himself throughout time, and to have a more in depth understanding of his character, nature and love
towards humanity.
By the end of the program, you will have read the entire Bible and study it in chronological order. You will receive a historical background on the books (who wrote it, intended target audience, and its cultural context), giving you a broader picture of the book, and time line of both the New Testament and Old Testament. Our hope and aim is to take all the learnt tools and information and see its relevance for our personal lives today through the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
We will have a variety of experienced teachers coming to share and impart wisdom and truth.

Tour at The British Museum
The British Museum contains over 8 million artifacts of which only 80,000 are displayed. 1% of every corner of the earth is represented here and spans across most of, if not every, period of time.
The Bible is not separate from the world's history, but deeply connected in a myriad of ways. From the archaic yet advanced Mesopotamia, Egypt the powerful and ancient empire, all the way to the effective but domineering Roman Empire. During the school, there will be a guided tour through the museum which exhibits many objects and artifacts running parallel to both the Old and New Testament. One will find just how interwoven Christianity is with the history of the world.

To follow the desire in me to go deeper with God in a BCC was one of the best decisions I have made in my life. Studying the Bible has made me fall in love with God and His Word again. It has brought me closer to His heart and revealed to me His true character.

Gustavo
Taking the step to dive deep into the word of God, learning about the different tools and the historical context truly has been a game changer for me. God did amazing things during this time. And even though it was a challenging season it also was a season full of growth and fun times.

I believe it’s of big importance to get refreshed while serving wherever God places you. This time in the CBCC was really key for me. I experienced His sovereignty in every way. God brought a lot of healing to me despite some unexpected hardships that arose. I felt Him very close during this course.

Arianna
During the BCC I was challenged to let go of my control, structures and perfectionism in order to allow God to work
in me on a deeper level. I learnt more about God's love and character and what really means to fear God and love
people authentically.
